Very busy day tomorrow, Saturday, August 21st. The 35th Annual Arts and Artisans Fair begins at 9 am and continues through 3. Always well attended, this juried fair with 60 artisans selling their wares is one of the largest in the area and is a great fundraiser for the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library. Come early, buy a raffle ticket, enjoy lunch and be sure to visit the used book sale. The fair is at the New Suncook School on Route 5.
Later in the afternoon is the popular Barbeque Chicken Supper at the Center Lovell Fire Station. For $8, your plate is filled with 1/2 chicken, potato sald, coleslaw, corn on the cob, roll, beverage and dessert. Enjoy a delicious dinner, say hello to your neighbors and help support the Department's fire truck fund. Hours are from 4-7.
