The house has the wonderful feel of a Maine camp. A wood beamed cathedral ceiling allows for a light filled experience in the large central living room of the house. With three bedrooms and a loft, there are accommodations for ten, two full baths, a fieldstone fireplace, screened porch, and outdoor shower. Lower Kimball Pond is a quiet lake approx. a mile across located just outside of Fryeburg, ME. Good swimming, fishing, and sailing take place beneath the stunning ridge of mountains to the west.
