Once part of a boy's camp in the 1940's the property extends to the water's edge where the sandy bottom is ideal swimming, sloping gradually to a common swimming raft. A private dock is a perfect place to read, relax, or launch off to adventures. A shared private sandy beach and tennis courts are a short walking distance. The house has the wonderful feel of a Maine camp. A wood beamed cathedral ceiling allows for a light filled experience in the large central living room of the house. With three bedrooms and a loft, there are accommodations for ten, two full baths, a fieldstone fireplace, screened porch, and outdoor shower. A ping pong table, rowboat, canoe, and pair of sit-upon kayaks are downstairs. Amenities include washer and dryer, wifi, plenty of parking and lots of board games!  Association Tennis and Pickle Ball 

Lower Kimball Pond is a quiet lake approx. a mile across located just outside of Fryeburg, ME. Good swimming, fishing, and saiing take place beneath the stunning ridge of mountains to the west. Nesting loons occupy the pond and the birds can be heard calling at sundown. Great family hiking is all around, shopping nearby in North Conway, and canoe trips on the Saco river leave daily. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, crisp clean waters, and the laughter of family and friends on warm summer days.
