Panoramic views of the White Mountains including the Presidential Range (including Mt. Washington), described by early settlers to Kezar as "probably the finest view I have ever seen". Enjoy sun-filled days, picture-perfect sunsets over the presidential range as you have cocktails on the dock, and eat dinner on the large screened in porch. Deep, crystal clear water right off dock, also with sandy area for gradual entry into water and play. Cottage within 50 feet of water, always living at water's edge! Short canoe/kayak to Pleasant Point to pick-up/eat-in for lunch/dinner and 0.6 - 0.8 mi walk to Center Lovell Store. Bonus: hammock at water's edge, eat at the picnic table feet from water, and s'mores with outdoor fire pit. Swim float.

Large master bedroom with queen bed and private heated bathroom (not included in pictures), another bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with full bed, kids room with 4 bunk beds, and second full bathroom.
Additional house that can be used as office with high-speed WiFi, inquire for additional cost. 1canoe, rowboat and & 3 kayak use to responsible boaters. pet ok by approval.
