Steve, our newest agent, has a life- long connection with the Lovell area. Steve’s grandparents would rent a camp for the summer and his family would spend a good part of it with them. Steve, our newest agent, has a life- long connection with the Lovell area. Steve’s grandparents would rent a camp for the summer and his family would spend a good part of it with them. Although he has lived overseas and in various spots nationally, Steve always found his way back to Western Maine.  Steve says the lakes and mountains feed his soul! He joins us after working for decades in hospitality and higher education. Steve says, “I wanted a career in real estate because selling houses is more than a simple transaction of ownership, it is creating new memories, the very essence of family, and becoming a part of a community.”

Steve lives in North Lovell with his partner on one of the original town homesteads. They spend their time taking care of their animals, tending the orchard and large vegetable garden, and enjoying their remaining time on the lake or on some trail nearby.  Having changed careers where he now works locally has allowed Steve to become more active in Lovell by joining the Lovell Broadband Committee, increased volunteer involvement at his nearby Fryeburg church and seeking out additional volunteer opportunities as they come.
