Both buyers and sellers are well aware of the impact of the continuing decline in home values. Perfect weather for senior citizens' day (I'm not eligible yet) at the Fryeburg Fair. Great exhibits, lots of tractors and other big pieces of equipment, animals, rides, crafts and food. My photo didn't win a ribbon but Aunt Marcia won two for a sweater and a braided rug! I know absolutely nothing about oxen pulling but I enjoyed watching our friend [...]
