[...]Some years it seems to take forever for the local corn and then the season is over in a flash. Right now, the corn is absolutely perfect. No butter, pepper or salt necessary. The best place in town is the “Sweet Kid’s Corn” stand on the eastern side of Route 5 across from the golf course.
And if you haven’t already tried this, cook your corn in the microwave. Quick, easy, steaming hot when finished and done perfectly.
