No question it is cold outside (we go from mid-50's to mid-teens over the past few days) but Mother Nature has not been helping the ski slopes. Northern Maine got plenty of snow last weekend but around here we are still looking for our first significant amount. What started as all snow has now turned into a mix. Always be cautious when the weatherman says a wintry mix. The above photo was taken this morning from the Cushman Pond Dam. Current weather in Lovell.
