Although a May frost did do damage to many of the region's trees, this is still a good time to go out and pick your own apples. One of our favorite places is Pietree Orchard in Sweden where there are numerous varieties to choose from and if you don't feel like doing your own picking, the new farm stand has everything ready to go. In addition to apples, pumpkins vegetables and cider, you have to try their freshly made donuts! :)
