5th Annual Gasping Gobbler

Join us this Saturday at 10am for the Fifth Annual Gasping Gobbler 5k Walk/Run. This popular event benefits the Lovell Recreation Department. The course is at the Lovell Athletic Field and consists of three wheel-measured loops around the field. The total distance is 3.1 miles and is runner-friendly (just one slight uphill) and simulates many school Cross-Country running courses.

The cost is just $15 and the first eighty registrants receive a Gasping Gobbler winter head band. There are both running and walking categories and turkeys are given to the first-place male and female runners, the first-place walker and the Middle-of-the Pack finisher. And we do have a Family Rate of $30 for the first three members and $6 for each additional family member.
