First Full Day of Spring

The crocuses have started pushing up through the cold ground, the bright Weight Limit Signs have been posted and we have had a couple of great days with the temperatures in the 60's. But oh how cruel Mother Nature can be! Here it is the first full day of Spring and there is a Winter Storm Warning with significant amounts of snow possible. Once you have turned the corner towards summer, you don't want to touch that shovel again.

I would like to share a "No-Knead" bread recipe that I found to be both easy and delicious. It is my understanding that this recipe is very familiar and popular with the home bread baking crowd. I love bread with a nice crust and this one fits the bill. Sullivan Street Bakery

I thought the point of making bread was to knead it until your stress melted away? ;-) (Or perhaps this is why my bread is hard as a brick - over kneading!!!)

I thought the reason you played hockey was to relieve your stress by taking it out on others?

And it won't be long before you will be skiing behind a boat!

There are sure signs that spring is on the way, but don't hold your breath. LOL
