October 1, 2009 was the official opening of Kezar Realty. In terms of timing, it probably wasn't the best month to open a real estate business. The housing market was depressed and there was a lot of uncertainty regarding the future. No question that 2010 was dismal but towards the end of the year, a slight improvement in attitude and activity began to appear.
Fast forward to April 15th, 2011 and the Agency had its first-ever two settlement day. We have already surpassed last year's numbers and are looking forward to the upcoming summer season.
