It has been more than a month since the Town Hall was lifted and moved to the side so that various crews could dig into the earth and pour a concrete foundation. With that work done, the building was shifted back over so that the building could gently be lowered back to its original location. (I make it sound so simple!)
You can see Craig Trembley standing in the new basement working his magic as the crew moves ever so slowly and carefully. Although I continue to be fascinated by this process, I'm not so sure I would feel very comfortable standing under a "floating" structure. Kudos to the Fox and Sons team for a job well done!
