If you are looking for an unusual evening of music and jokes followed by an auction, make sure you come to Lovell's Brick Church this Monday evening!
Seeking to raise funds for the final phase of the building's restoration, the Board of Directors asked local artists to create a unique piece of art from a single wooden duck head. As you can imagine, the finished pieces are all different, interesting and what every camp on Kezar Lake needs. Each 'Duck Art' will be auctioned to the highest bidder on Monday evening, August 6th at 7:30 pm.
In addition to the ducks, there will be other items auctioned including decorated birdhouses, a duck wine rack, photographic greeting cards, a donated evening of storytelling, a duck comforter and much more.
Be sure to come to the auction on Monday evening and support the Brick Church's effort to restore the belfry. Interior work is set to begin this fall. Cheese and "quackers" will be served! For more details, click here.
