It is always sad to see a big majestic tree come down but the tall pine suffered major damage during the fire and it would be just a matter of time before a strong wind came along and knocked it down. With construction slated to begin this Monday (July 8th), the new owner determined that now was the time to act.

Gerry Boucher, owner of Archer Tree Service in Fryeburg, jumped into his bucket and cut as many limbs as possible before tying a rope to the top, cutting a notch and bringing it to the ground. When you watch Gerry, he makes it look so easy but you know that years of experience and a lot of skill are involved to make sure that the tree comes down where you want it to and not on the roof of the house!

If you need the services of Archer Tree, call Gerry at 207-925-3139.
